Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

* By making a purchase at, you acknowledge that you have read the shipping policy of as mentioned on this page and agree to abide by them. 

***Announcement to customers regarding shipping/delivery: 
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be delays with shipping with Canada Post. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but please know that we are trying our best to get your orders to you in a timely manner ***



All in-stock orders ordered by 3pm in business days are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or observed holidays. Orders placed these days will be processed after the following business day.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order or merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you via email to inform you of the reason.



Please note some orders may direct ship from Japan( TAT  Japan warehouse
)to your home , especially for the  "Pre-order" and "Japan New " items.
If your order contains "Pre-order" or "Japan New items
your order will be 
  1. shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock at Toronto Store and ready to ship
  2. Or your whole order will be shipped from TAT Japan directly to your home

    For the order shipped from Japan are usually processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of order placement,  and It may take up to 7-14 business days to reach you by EMS JAPAN / CANADA POST ( depends on your local post office)

    Some delays depend on Japan's public holidays


    Domestic orders will ship via your chosen preferred method at checkout unless other arrangements are made.



    TAT TORONTO is more than happy to accommodate requests for signature confirmation, and we will automatically apply signature confirmation to orders over $50 for security reasons unless the customer declines it. 

    Customers are given the option of declining signature confirmation for any orders at checkout. However please be advised that once customers deny signature confirmation, we cannot take responsibility for undelivered/lost/missing packages. 

    *Applying signature confirmation means that someone must be available to sign for the package at the location of delivery—if not, the package will be sent to the nearest Canada Post, where it can be then picked up by the addressee. Packages that are not picked up at the local Canada Post within one or two weeks will be returned to our office, and the customer is then responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item. 



    After the order is shipped out, TAT TORONTO does not take any responsibility for undelivered/missing packages. There is no warranty on undelivered items. Any lost or any other inconvenience situation the customer will face must be solved by the customer. 



    Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include goods damaged due to mishandling during shipping and new goods with notable defects.
    Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 7 days will be denied.
    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for filing a claim.


    *Always customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address on any order. TAT TORONTO AND TAT JAPAN will not be able to help with any types of support required due to incorrect shipping address.

    *If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If an item is returned due to the mistake of TAT TORONTO, TAT TORONTO will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
